Delivery
All our products are shipped from our warehouse. Delivery times vary depending on the item and your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days (France), 5-7 business days (Europe), 7-14 business days (International).
  • Express delivery (if available): 1-2 business days (France), 2-3 business days (Europe), 3-5 business days (International).

Please note that delays may occur due to customs or carrier processing times for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.
  3. Ship the package back to us using a tracked shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
